Love the energy here! Management is extremely involved with staff and residents. Always a good time stopping by!
Management is the worse…
Our mom was there and the staff was wonderful! They were caring, and willing to really spend time with the residents. The staff works very hard- it is not an easy job caring for dementia patients- as a nurse, I am very aware of how hard it is. Kudos to the management team as well!
The loving caregivers became family as we cared for Mom in her final days with dementia. I love the cozy, small cottages and we got to know those who lovingly took care of Mom. I love these people
My brother has become a recent resident of Elder Care Cottages in Waterford. About 10 months ago my brother literally ended up homeless. During that time he ended up at the Salvation Army and then was taken by ambulance to the hospital for a medical emergency. During that time the Salvation Army threw out all his belongings including his eye glasses AND wallet with all his personal forms of identification. Totally inexcusable if you ask me.
