Every time I visit my elderly loved one, you must ring the door bell or call the number for the cottage and leave a voice message, that my elderly loved one is staying at. There is not one time,that it took under 25 minutes. Usually after 20 minutes of waiting, I ring different cottages door bell to get in, which usually takes another 10 minutes after that. From the beginning to the end of my aunts beautiful life, Elder Care Cottage’s Staff treated her like a loving family member. The staff made her end of life experience an amazing tribute to her wonderful life. We will always be greatful.
Awful place staff is unprofessional and unorganized, management has no clue what to do. RN on staff leaves Caregivers with full box of meds @8pm at night to re stock cart which is not a caregiver duty, so she may be relieved from her office.
