I loved my vehicle. But it broke down within the first couple months of having it. It was in the shop that they work with for a month and I was without transportation. Not only that, their warranty only covered very small specific issues. I'm a single mom with no family in town so it's very difficult. A year later and the vehicle is barely drivable. I've put more money into fixing this car than it's worth. I will now be upside-down in a replacement. Buying from here was a bad decision.

Regret my purchase. They originally said they'd include a warranty if I got financing of at least 1500$. so I got a cashier check made out to them for most the cost and learned that they only covered about 1/3 of the warranty cost and had to drop the warranty because it pushed the price out of my budget by 1800$. There was also a number of "standard" financing fees that weren't laid out in the initial pricing discussions so even dropping the warranty I was over budget. Such great customer service. I've experienced a total loss of a vehicle prior to visiting Eldens and from the beginning, they have been such a great help. My tags have not came in the mail and the owner diligently helped me update my temp tags so I will not be driving on speed tags waiting for my new ones to come in the mail. All in all, when I buy another vehicle, I will be stopping by here first, to see what's waiting for me on the lot! Also, the car is bought from them, has ran great.
