I had a problem but between the receptionist doctor paramedic I had been diagnosed and sorted. A great big thank you to all concerned superb brilliant surgery I can't praise them highly enough .
Dreadful experience again !! I needed a blood test done. Was told to book an appt with LIVI. Had the video call and was recommended I needed a blood test ! No surprise there. Talked to receptionist whose tone was one of boredom and unhelpfulness. Told her I needed to book an appt for blood test which she refused to do. On that note, I have changed surgeries. Very dissappointing service, these people are supposed to be there to help not hinder !! Would not recommend to anyone.
I just want to say Thank-you to Eldene Surgery for all their help. And for my most recent visit with Ruth. Big thanks to Rowlands Pharmacy next door. They are all friendly and wonderful in there. Paula gets it right everytime we've had to get advice. They are all really good at what they do including the reception staff, doctors and nurses in the surgery. I am on the path to recovery now after being put on some strong antibiotics.
Always been a fabulous GP practice. I try and see the same doctor but she is so popular you have to book a long time in advance. The practice has always been very helpful and quick to refer when needed .
Brilliant! Been with them for 5 years and always been great, never had an issue with getting an appointment and recently they have gone above and beyond to help me.
