Dr. Nikki and her team are so attentive, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I feel very confident knowing my dog is well looked after here! :)
What an amazing vet. I had to put my dog down yesterday and it was the most heart wrenching moment of my family and i’s life. He was our best friend for 14 years, and the lovely nurse who helped us through every step of the the process made it a little less , well you know. Can’t say enough good things! All the doctors, vet techs and even receptionists are amazing! Super kind, diligent, they follow up or keep you in the loop if your dog needs to stay there for the day etc. I also travel with my dog overseas every year and Katrina (RVT) there helps me so much with the paperwork and ensuring everything is done correctly. I’ve even been complimented by the CFIA and border control when travelling about the correctness of the paperwork! Dr. Ashley is also 10/10.
