My dog had an incident and ended up ingesting glass. The staff were amazing from the very second I showed up. This is not unusual but it became much more obvious during this stressful time. They went above and beyond from the first second and after a couple of days when we realized surgery was going to be the only option Dr. Emily rearranged her full schedule so they would be able to do his surgery there and we wouldn’t have to go somewhere else as it had to be done as soon as possible. We recently transferred to Eldale because we wanted a second opinion about our dogs situation. They were so understanding, thorough, and reasonably priced. The whole team was AMAZING and dr. Kathryn walked through all of our questions with us while offering solutions that made sense for our budget and our pups situation. Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye.
