We called another repair company prior to them, who was not able to fix our washer. I am glad this company did not leave us and was able to get to the bottom of it in no time. I will recommend this to others.

Extremely disappointed! To start with, Elburn appliance doesn’t repair commercial appliances they just subcontracted out to somebody else, that is not a terrible problem except for they didn’t explain that to me. The company they contracted to was A-1 Affordable Appliance Repair. They gave me a two hour show up window and I explained that the property was vacant and asked if I could get a call a half hour ahead so I could meet them there. Tech replaced the pulley and the belt on my dryer. My dryer was up and running in an hour because he had the correct parts with him and price was not a rip off! I highly recommend Elburn Appliance Repair for its “get it done right the first time” philosophy.

Disappointed. We had an appointment scheduled with a window from 10-3 for our dryer. Our bank account was charged a fee and waited until 3:05 when no one showed. We called to find out what was going on and they had no record of an appointment for us. Yet you were able to refund our $75... we’re left with a broken dryer and wasted 5 hours of our time waiting around for a no-show.

The repair of my Speed Queen washing machine was done the same day. Great customer service from start to finish. Their charge was reasonable. Love it and will proudly recommend!
