I have been seeing Dr. Bills for over 10 years (I lost count), and every time I see him, he is always so genuine in his care and his listening to you and your concerns. He asks multiple times if you have any concerns in case you may have been embarrassed or something initially. He's amazing!
This was hands down the best experience I have had in a long time! Huge kudos to Dr. Bills - I felt heard and was treated with respect and compassion after a really bad experience with a prior provider after multiple miscarriages. He was present and went into detail when reviewing my prior history. He took his time in explaining his feedback on my concerns and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Dr. Bill is the best gynecologist I have ever found, it should be noted that I have been to many dr. who never came to a good diagnosis with me, Dr. Bill listens to you, he is patient even when my English is not perfect, he always has a smile and patience to listen to your consent, at the time of the check-up he is very respectful, gentle and subtle.
