Dr Bills spent time answering my questions and helped make sense of the hormone information I was interested in. He explained exactly what was going to happen as he was doing exam. I was as comfortable as I could be in an uncomfortable position. I was initially hesitant last year when I started going to this practice because he's a male doctor for a female system. But I didn't want to discount someone for gender so I went forth. It was a worthy leap of faith.
I visited this office for my annual exam and brought up concerns related to fatigue and low energy. I asked the doctor how much hormone level testing would cost, and he told me it would be $50. I was very transparent about my situation—explaining that I was about to lose my insurance after being laid off—and even said that if the testing would involve anything additional or be more costly, I was fine waiting until I had coverage again. I’ve been with Dr. Bills for over 28 years! He has delivered 2 of my kids and my grandson. The most wonderful doctor!
I did not have a good experience with this doctor. He speaks in a condescending manner, doesn’t listen, and came across as rude during both of my visits. After my first appointment, I already had concerns but returned due to the difficulty of finding a new doctor. Unfortunately, my second visit only confirmed my initial impression. I will not be returning.
