I did not have a good experience with this doctor. He speaks in a condescending manner, doesn’t listen, and came across as rude during both of my visits. After my first appointment, I already had concerns but returned due to the difficulty of finding a new doctor. Unfortunately, my second visit only confirmed my initial impression. I will not be returning.
Dr. Bills is kind, compassionate, and really listens to my concerns
Dr. Bills is obviously very knowledgeable and he has a pleasant demanor. He's chatty, in what I am sure is an endearing way to some, and some of it is informative. But it's clear he's been doing this a very long time. And some of his comments/humor come across like he's doing a 30-40 year old "bit" that's not as relevant or relatable as it used to be. I have been seeing Dr. Bills for over 10 years (I lost count), and every time I see him, he is always so genuine in his care and his listening to you and your concerns. He asks multiple times if you have any concerns in case you may have been embarrassed or something initially. He's amazing!
This was hands down the best experience I have had in a long time! Huge kudos to Dr. Bills - I felt heard and was treated with respect and compassion after a really bad experience with a prior provider after multiple miscarriages. He was present and went into detail when reviewing my prior history. He took his time in explaining his feedback on my concerns and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
