The Suboxone program saved my life and the program works for me, Ive not had one dirty test since I decided enough was enough. It's been 3 years since I was released from the halfway house in fargo, I moved to white shield and had to commute every week to Minot for my meds. I eventually worked my way to only having to go once a month and that's when my doctor suggested elbow woods might be easier for me to commute. If I could give it zero stars I would. Everyone knows IHS is trash yet this recent experience goes above and beyond in that department. Had hip pain, went in. Had an X-Ray done, then a CT scan on July 15th. Was told I would be getting a call for my referral out to another place. Called today, was told the nurse practitioner, Ms. Humphrey was no longer employed there, and she did not finish the referral. So now I have to be seen again at elbawoods to get yet another referral. This facility owned by the tribe operated by the tribe as a tribal member have been denied medical treatment 2 times and invoiced. Inaccurate record keeping and sometimes no records at all. I would be interested in collaborating a class action lawsuit if anybody feels the same as me.there are major malpractice issues here. Turned me away with broken collarbone because they thought I was jest looking for pills.
