Horrendous customer service. Front desk ladies are absolutely terrible, no patience whatsoever, and truly the rudest, most short-tempered people you will ever encounter. Doesn’t matter if it’s in person or over the phone, they are impolite, dismissive, unhelpful and condescending. My mother has been a patient here for 10 years, and I cannot recall a single phone call that wasn’t unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. My mom has been a patient of Dr. Savage’s for approximately 30 years. Today, June 3, 2026, when we arrived at the clinic, there were no issues initially. We filled out the required form, handed it to one of the receptionists, and sat down in the waiting room. We were informed that only one person was allowed to accompany my mom, and we acknowledged that. My mom, my sister, and I remained seated in the waiting area. Excellent care from Dr Savage and the pleasant staff are lovely.
Dr. Savage is held in very high regard. A excellent Doctor, n has a fantastic history for his patients. My only complaint is you make an appointment for 10:20 am n spend 2 hrs waiting to get to see him.
