We've never been to this area or to Elbow Falls. It's a lovely place to go see. We weren't sure what to expect. Everything is well marked and the paths are really easy to maneuver. There are washroom facilities and parking available. I'm not sure if there are picnic tables or not but you can go right to the river in places up from the falls.
