I had an extremely disappointing experience with Elbit Systems, specifically with a representative named Craig Miller. I was on the phone with him, and he was by far the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with. His attitude was dismissive, he didn’t seem interested in helping, and his tone came across as rude and careless. For a company of this size and reputation, I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and respect.
