RecommendedI went in clueless looking for items to help me with Keto and came out with a better understanding of the diet. The lady who helped me (I’m awful with names) took me through the store and showed me the different items and explained how they worked within my new diet. I made spaghetti with shirataki noodles that night and it was amazing! Tasted just like the spaghetti I love and it didn’t destroy my macros for the day.
