The front office staff was very accommodating, professional, and polite. However, the surgeon was quite the opposite. When discussing a treatment plan with the surgeon he became short-tempered, demeaning and rude to my husband who was in terrible pain from an abcess. The surgeon said my husband would not feel relief until a week later. This piece of information was incredibly discouraging. I would never go to any other Oral Surgeon than Dr. Steinle. I actually look forward to my visits with him as he is a perfect combination of charming and funny. He also does an incredible job and seeks to make a very reluctant patient comfortable and pain free. I only wish he did General Dentistry so I could use his service exclusively. Just a wish!
This place numbed my tongue permanently and completely disregarded it. do NOT go to dr Steinle
