My name is Paul niemczyk and I totally trust him I had Major surgery and I requested him to be the anesthetic doctor because of his ability and his care he was my GP for years before I left for Ontario. I was thrown under Dr. ElbarDisys care when my Dr. Passed Away 9 years ago . I find that Dr. ElbarDisy doesn't take the time or have the manor for looking after Patients. I need a Doctor that I can talk to when needed . I'm not in the best of health and not being able to talk or get a appt with him for 3-4 months later does me or any other of his patients any good .
