The worst patient care, I don’t recommend this place, cold hearted and horrible case manger ms kim. I have a fever and they put me out on the street and didn’t even set up transportation. 100 more places to go than this place
I don't actually go to this treatment center. My son's mother does. I just got a call from my ex's counselor to figure out how I could get her tax check to her because she can't come to the house. I suggested all kinds of things that were logical but still got nothing but attitude from her counselor...... She was literally hollering at me over the phone I don't know if this is what they call professionalism but I wouldn't touch this place with a 10-ft pole
This place was the best thing that had ever happened to me and my children I want to give special thanks Dora Jay armor s because if it wouldn't have been for them and this facility I would have never got my children back Elba would not have been born and it's so everyone know baby Elba is growing up to be a beautiful young beautiful smart and intelligent pain in my butt but awesome God bless so just want to say thank you to all it was hard but amazing and well worth it thank you
I went to Elba house graduated in 2012 , it's was great I love this place . So I send my daughter never thinking they would be so different she was there only 2 days and she walked out for the reason being she asked the staff there about me and what u would never think any staff member would say to any of the woman that are there for help . " Your mom was and still is a crack head " mind u I never smoked crack , my drug if choice was meth . So my daughter sign her self out cause they were speaking bad about her mother .
