Great strength training classes. The individual attention to each person's needs during training can not be compared. DJ and the Elavus team are great.
If you are looking for strong coaching, community, and encouragement look no further. The coaches are exceptional and have a lot of certifications. DJ and the coaching staff meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. They really care about the members as well as our community. 10/10
Great people with a coach that cares. He has had to work hard to get where he is and has a great amount of cross fit knowledge that he really enjoys sharing. The gym is ALWAYS clean and maintained.
I consider myself an “experienced” crossfitter and I have worked with multiple coaches. The coaching staff at Elavus have experience, knowledge, and patience. Whether you are just getting started or refining movements they have what you need.
