I worked here briefly so take this as you will. I get being competitive and not wanting to enable some new person to out pace you but in what job ever are you allowed to not help your co-workers to at least get acclimated to a new job all of which relys on internal software. No class, or job that I have ever been in. Offensive jokes were made about my age - specifically another woman said to the group referring to me "x is the youngest person in on the team". The remarked seemed psychological.
