I agree with david as a operator we need to make a profit so we can adjust the setting of their machines. Over all their machines are great
For all the people saying that the machines rip them off and scam customers obviously don't know how crane and chance games work. It's much like gambling. There is a reason it's a chance game. This is coming from someone who works on the games and know how they run. I think Elaut does a great job at creating and making these games.
The support team Elaut has is awesome! Rich, Anthony, and Tom have all been great everytime I call for support on our Elaut machines. I'm sad to see so many negative reviews about such a great company. Most of these reviews seem to be from people who play the machines and not from owner/operators. As an owner/operator I find tremendous value in Elaut games. Keep up the great work!
