Title: First and Last Time – Dishonest and Rude I took my truck to Elation Auto for catalytic converters, and the experience was absolutely terrible. During the repair, they broke my O2 sensor and initially tried to blame me for the damage. They even lied, claiming it was an “internal failure” to get me to pay for the repair.
