My fiancé and I have lived here for 3 years. The entire time we have lived here Maintence has been exceptional. Things happen and everything need a good Maintence sometimes and vekner, Gustavo and their team have responded quickly, fixed the issue in a timely manner and had great communication. 10/10
My partner and I have been living at this apt complex for about a year now and have been very pleased with our maintenance team, especially Rene Rodriguez. His ability to complete any task we need done, while providing amazing communication and friendliness is just what anyone can ask for. Anytime we see him and the crew, we are always welcomed with a smile and wave hello. Him and his team have made living here a joy.
If i could give zero starts i would, the negligence to this property is beyond my comprehension. My AC has broken FOUR times in this crazy hot summer and the first time it was broken they had took over 24 hours to get it fixed , Now the second time around it’s also taking over 24 hours to fix and finally got offered portable ac. The cabinets in my pantry and bathroom were rushed and since day 1 of moving in they have been either broken or a screw is coming loose, My kitchen sink was falling and there was paint left all over ... read more
