I have been a tenant at this complex for 3 yrs and finally found my “diamond in the rough”. The office personnel are so competent, courtesy, and helpful, that if I could give the 8 stars I would. Now let’s talk about the maintenance team they are second to none. EVER COMPLIANT I EVER HAD WAS COMPLETED IN LESS TIME THAT IT TAKES TO MAKE A POT OF COFFER. Otherwise, if I was not satisfied I would find another place. Seeing how I am I’m a permanent tenant for years to come.
Vakner, my maintenance guy, is awesome ! Fixed my a/c and door issue within minutes of my request! Great service!
Big shout out to Vakner, our maintenance man! I have requested his skills many times since moving here. He has demonstrated quickly that he is efficient and knowledgeable. Our smart hub app wasn't working for me this morning in my time of crisis, I texted Vakner. He responded & was at my door in under 5 minutes & solved my issue just as quickly. I have been living here for four years, and this area is quiet and pleasant. During my time here, there have been three different management companies and about four different property managers. The current property manager, Roger, has been the best. He excels in managing the property, implementing improvements, and providing excellent customer service.
