We used Elate for our move across multiple states. Sabuhi and his team were exceptional. They arrived on time and moved the furniture and boxes with care but also efficiently. They then completed an 8+ hour drive and moved us in to our new house on the same day. Communication was excellent throughout. Pricing was excellent without any surprises. Would highly recommend and would use again.

I chose Elate for their excellent customer service and promise to handle both my hot tub and piano. Unfortunately, the experience was a disaster from start to finish. The crew showed up late, delaying my move-out and preventing the buyers from completing their scheduled walkthrough. The movers were unprepared, underestimated the job, and had no idea how to move the hot tub—despite being given detailed specs ahead of time.
