They are the worst spot. They won’t give us our deposit back even though we we did and cleaned what they told us to clean? It took like a whole week to get back to us about the deposit. Just to tell us they’re not gonna give it back. They’ll make up anything to keep your deposit

Make sure you check all the prices up front. I paid the deposit $750 non-refundable deposit and the rep told me "we like to do the decorations" she made it sound free! Right after I paid, I got a glib text message telling me "Decorations start at $3500" - which is an obscene number to just drop on people after they have given you a cash deposit. Daniela and her team went above and beyond for our baby shower. They exceeded our expectations and were very accommodating to our special requests and needs. We don’t have enough words to praise our event coordinator Diana - she is incredible!! Would definitely recommend to host your event at Ela’s Venue.
