Paid a deposit fee that sounded like it was refundable, they lied they we did everything they said to do for the deposit back and still did not receive it. Worst customer service they were not responding to calls or texts. One of the worst places to have an event this was supposed to be a memorable moment and the owners greed ruined it. Would not recommend stay far away
We cannot thank Daniela and her team at Ela’s Venue enough for making our wedding reception absolutely magical; it exceeded every expectation! We had a very specific vision for customized decor, and Daniela nailed it to a T. She is a creative genius! They are the worst spot. They won’t give us our deposit back even though we we did and cleaned what they told us to clean? It took like a whole week to get back to us about the deposit. Just to tell us they’re not gonna give it back. They’ll make up anything to keep your deposit
