Really poor quality builder. Cost me more than $40,000 to fix all of the issues with my 7 year old home before I could sell it. All because of poor quality construction.

Trying to get warranty work done is very difficult. No one answers their phones and mailboxes are full. Sergio and Jose are very nice once you get them to your house, but they will only do a little work here and there, and they don’t always show up.
