If I could give negative stars I would. They double booked and told me the wrong time 5 minutes before I arrived at the clients home. Dont work here you will spend more cash arriving to the stops and turning around. Then they pay you.

This home health place is not good at all a lady was sent out to see someone promise her to return the next day with another lady and never showed up or called so unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend this place to know one that needs assistance

This agency has been awful for me. The ladies ive had never show up to work and want me to do it on my own eventhough its noted from my drs and insurance I cannot and thats the reason I need them. The ladies are judgmental bc of my age and seem to fault me for the position im in when it has been accidents and bad health i was born with. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone for the amount of mental and emotional anguish it has caused me to feel on top of what i already feel for being disabled.

Brittany Bond comes & works. She is a delight to be near. She has a great sense of humor, does great work, patient & leaves me looking forward to when she comes back. Elara Caring is a good company. Communications could use a little improvement but very accommodating when needed. I am pleased. Thank you Elara Caring in Arlington!
