As a parent, I have found the leasing and property management team to be incredibly frustrating to work with. My biggest issue has been with Gio. We were repeatedly told he would return our calls, but he rarely, if ever, did. I understand that people get busy, and if you're unable to return a call, that's fine. What I don't appreciate is being repeatedly told, "I'll call you back," only for that never to happen. After a while, it starts to feel dismissive. Took a tour earlier today for a possible apartment and the staff were amazing! My tour guide, Emilio, showed me every inch of the complex, and answered any question I had. Even though I wasn’t completely sure on leasing with Elara, the guide didn’t pressure me at all, and instead ensured I’d be taken care of if I decide to join them. Definitely a top choice on my radar!
I have lived at elara for the past year and it’s been a good experience. Maintenance request get completed quickly, staff is friendly, and my apartment was great. Emilio at the front desk helped me this week during move out. He was a great help!
