If i could give this apartment complex 0 stars I would. This place is a nightmare and it is because of Management. Management treats you like crap and never responds to emails or phone calls until days later which is extremely unprofessional when their office is open from 10am-7pm daily. You go in person to talk to management and they turn you away or tell you to email them but then never respond. I lived at the Elara for 2 years while going to school. My overall verdict from my experiences is that the complex is: ok. The initial year was horrific for everyone involved, between the building being unfinished and people having to wait months to move in. Those that were "lucky" to move in on time were faced with many of the amenities being unavailable/unfinished and construction continued on-site for months.
