The units are beautiful but management has been a nightmare the entire time. It is difficult to get a response from anyone and when we did we were usually given misinformation or not helped. Multiple of the amenities originally promised are still unfinished, and others have been cut off from resident use. Features within the apartment were rushed and broke not long after we moved in. this is my first year at elara and i’ve been loving living here. staff is always super nice and the lady at the desk sophie always helps me with anything i need.
I live at Elara and my favorite part is how amazing the staff is. Sophie has been very helpful with any questions i have had since being a resident here at Elara.
