Dr. Peterson is great! Very professional. However; her front desk office staff leaves a lot to be desired! She might want to have an (ethical and professional conduct) meeting!
It was my first visit here. I was very impressed,I checked in,& that was a quick procedure,the Girls at the desk were very friendly. Then,Dr Peterson,I know wĥy I was there, & she actually took alot of time to Diag me,talk & put me at ease. She told me about a new. Procedure thru an Invusion Center thats givin some good results & thinks itll be a good thing for me to have & I feel like she is guiding me in the right Direction. So. My Experince was Excellent! Elanor Peterson is excellent. She is thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone! Elanor really, truly listens and cares. She has called to check on me personally before, and she has even helped make quick changes to my treatment using patient portal messages — to which she responded in the same evening!
Visit was fine. Staff was fine as d Martie responded. They did not want to prescribe and med for depression symptoms I described. Not Martie refuses to get out of bed. I have to force her to eat and drink. The only way she gets up is if I physically pull her out of bed. Any suggestions?
