I am writing to formally report an incident involving a lady shipper During my interaction with her, she displayed unprofessional behaviour that was both disrespectful and discourteous. Her tone and attitude were inappropriate for a professional setting and made the shipping process unnecessarily difficult. Such conduct reflects poorly on the company’s standards of professionalism and creates a negative experience for drivers 0 star
TERRIBLE PLACE No respect for Drivers Don't come here if you don't wanna ruin your entire day . Lady shipper had very very very arrogant attitude No professionalism Speaks like a wild crow No greeting no politeness Just repeating herself not listening Drivers IGNORE THIS PLACE 🤯🤯
I went there for delivery, doing my job like always, and the lady over there had the most horrible attitude completely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. I tried to stay calm and professional but she talked with zero manners and no respect at all. It’s honestly disgusting how some people think they can treat delivery drivers like we’re beneath them. I was there to help, not to get insulted. People like her seriously need to learn basic decency and respect….
Lady at shipping shows attitude without any reason and don’t even know how to speak with drivers during checkin and check out
