Living here has been extremely frustrating because of how poorly management handles packages. I’ve had multiple items stolen — not just recently with an Apple Watch that was signed for by the office, but also smaller items in the past like a coat hanger and even a small storage cabinet. It’s unbelievable that this continues to happen. I emailed the office twice while I was away on a work trip about my missing package and received no response. Just whent there to deliver but very nice looking place to live.
Will potentially update as I live here longer, but so far the first month has been great - all the staff is really wonderful to work with. We had an issue with some cars parking in our spots and Paula gave us alternate locations to park and made sure the cars were gone within the week. Maintenance staff comes very quickly to address issues (even small ones). There are some minor issues with the package areas not being well-organized, but it’s not much worse than anywhere else I’ve lived and they do try their best to get ever... read more
