The level of competence from the office staff is severely lacking. I was overcharged on rent due to an additional fee for renters insurance which I have through my preferred provider. I have provided proof of insurance at least 5 times since February, but due to an error in reading on their end I’ve been being charged an extra fee for months. Horrible staff, horrible complex. Ever since they changed management it all went down hill. Wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone whatsoever so ever
