The front office staff - shout out to Devin, Erin and Stephanie for their professionalism and warmth. They really take extra effort to make sure their residents are feeling comfortable and enjoying living at Kingsley. I just toured Kingsley at shadow creek, and Devin Beck was great. The way Devin described the apartment and the community over the phone and when I arrived everything was 100 percent accurate. I met the manager and assistant Erin and stephanie they were very welcoming and warm. I will signing a lease here.
Want to say thank you for the excellent maintenance guy who has helped me quickly when I called about needing something fixed in my apartment!!! I appreciate Devon and Erin also who answer my calls!!! Thank you to you all!!! Still enjoy living here!!!
Ok, embarrassing but I wanted to live here and got denied bcuz my credit is bad. however the entire experience blew me away. from the jump I was welcomed by the entire team when i first started looking. It was too early so I had to come back a few weeks later to really lock in pricing. then I finally applied because the place is beautiful. I really wanted to be here. They really made me feel special.
