AC went out in early August, and the team could not care less. Maintenance told me to just open the window, and I had to keep calling everyday to make sure they knew it still wasn’t working because they close maintenance tickets everyday, even if they haven’t been addressed. They put a portable ac (4 days later), but forgot to plug the drain valve so that flooded half of my bedroom. Most they could offer me was a Spruce gift card for my trouble. 2 stars only because the neighborhood is quiet and I feel safe here. Let’s start with the quality: the apartments look nice, but you’ll be paying a pretty penny for poor quality. My tiles have been lifting since I moved in, and I’ve seen multiple roaches throughout my time here. I’ve lived in both a 2 bedroom and now a 1bedroom under a new lease, so this isn’t a one-time issue. Maintenance deserves credit they’re attentive and respond quickly. New Management is dismissive of concerns. I’ve had to put 2-3 maintenance requests in PER ISSUE to hopefully get items addressed in unit. Issues have spanned from smoke detector alarm going off in the middle of the night to faulty microwave. The stairways also haven’t been cleaned/spray washed in over a year….2 stars since they do take care of the pool
