Poor construction quality, if you want some peace or a place to rest, this is not the right complex for you. I can hear anything from neighbor's apartments. If there is any party, you have to go too. The security system is pretty bad, my husband's car tires were stolen, and the administration said that the complex is not responsible for the security, and for that reason they do not have security cameras. I absolutely love living here, and so does my pet! This apartment is truly pet-friendly — not just pet-tolerant. There are plenty of green spaces nearby for walks, and the community is very welcoming to pets. The management team is understanding and accommodating, and it’s clear they’ve created a space where pet owners feel at home. The apartment itself is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I’ve never had issues with noise or cleanliness. I loved this community, but they're stickler for numbers instead of looking at the entire picture. I was a little under the "3x" requirement, but my credit and Fico scores are excellent. I hope the new management company learns to place more emphasis on the person as a whole, in the future, for other potential new residents.
