I am a regular customer, but my last visit was very disappointing. The dip color I chose was not the one I received. I also asked for my nails to be left a little longer, but the technician cut them very short, which was very upsetting. The quality of the work was horrible—my nails had bumps and were not coated properly. I am so embarrassed by how they turned out that I want to have them removed. The technician was also very rude and did not listen to my requests. I feel sad and disappointed.But front desk ladies are sweet!!

I have been to Elan nails spa four different times now and have had a different nail tech each time. Every single one of them has done a fantastic job. I have tried other nail salons in the area and Elan is the best around. This last time I decided to be a little adventurous and the ladies helped me pick the right colors and my dip manicure turned out great!

Decided to treat myself and I LOVE the cat eye! It’s extra but worth it! So beautiful and it’s been 2+ weeks!

I have been going to Elan Nail Spa for several years now. I'm so impressed and I love everything about Elan's. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My nail technician, Allie always does a wonderful and amazing job with my nails. I have long nails and I know it's challenging to do them. Allie, is always so patient and very skilled. She's highly recommended.
