Here the staff are very kind and don't gripe about patients all day. They listen to you and invite collaboration. Due to MS, I could'n't work 4 hrs straight - my job was at arisk. Dr Pierce prescribed stem cells and 3 other items that help me be mostly faitige/pain free (w/o controlled anelgesics at this time).
I came to Elan Med Spa specifically to have my eyebrows done by Iris. Let me tell you!! I had such an amazing experience with Iris! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and so easy to talk to—we chatted the whole time. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, and she took the time to explain the entire process in advance, then walked me through each step as she worked. What a great team!!!! They absolutely are customer/ patient friendly and make you smile and treat you with respect and love. They are in to helping you get better no matter what you are seeking. They tell you what would work for you and not just sell you something!!! Absolutely amazing crew!!!!!
