Best Salon Ever! I have traveled extensively to many salons in the country, and Elan Hair and Spa was the best experience i have had so far. From booking the appointment, to the personal tour i had when i arrived at the salon, to the excellent service i received, everything was so fantastic! The salon went above and beyond to accommdate my needs. In all, Elan Hair and Spa is an excellent salon, I will definitely be returning when I am in town!
Horrible Customer Service I went to the salon because it was recommend to me and I had a great massage. So, my sister and I got a gift certificate for our friend for her 30th birthday. They scheduled her appointment wrongly, so it was rescheduled. This morning when she woke up she felt ill and called to reschedule, they rescheduled her over the phone. Hours later the manager called to tell her that because she missed two Saturday appointments she would be charged for the full massage amount and wouldn't be receiving the mass... read more
Bad Service Bad service, less than desirable skill set, and the owner is completely unaware of what it means to be in the service industry. I have had two bad haircuts here (I know-I should not have gone back for the second one) and just today, when the front desk failed to schedule my appointment for the correct service, they refused to give it it to me, and told me they did not have the time to accommodate my request. Wonderful place to relax I've had many massages and facials here, and have never been disappointed. Lolita is the best at full body massages. The staff is very personable. During manicures they always ask if you'd like a drink and they'll even serve wine. Parking is only tough when it's crowded, if you go during the day parking won't be a problem. It's not far off Route 30 Oregon Pike exit.
Fabulous! I always get an Aveda Pedicure there....It is the Best! It's so relaxing and the technician is never talking to you or bugging you, they just let you relax. And at the end they give you tea and a shortbread cookie! I can never get the smile off of my face when I leave!
RecommendedAlways feel like a million bucks after my hair appointment! They are doing an excellent job with keeping clients and staff safe during these crazy times while still creating an enjoyable atmosphere.
