I’ve gone to the same hair salon with the exception of being a teen my whole life. Always the same foiled highlights and cut. I wanted a change. My layers were choppy and my highlight was boring. When I went to Elan and sat with Paige she impressed me. As young as she was she knew her stuff. In my consultation she showed me the layers my hair dresser did and showed me how she cut my hair and she was exactly right.
