10 out of 10! I have been a patient of Dr Kwon for over 7 years. Her practice offers a 5 star dental experience. From the moment I walk in, the staff is warm and professional. I came here for a crown replacement which was done. The doctor mentioned that I need deep cleaning which had additional cost and I agreed to it. As part of filling, they broke a tooth that didn’t have any problem and said that they’ll fix it but I would have to pay more. I understand accidents happen but instead of owning up they just chose to charge me more for their mistake. I would stay away.
I needed a new dentist and stumbled upon Elan Dental. This location quickly became my go-to for all cleanings and other dental concerns. The facility is clean and peaceful, affordable, front desk staff are helpful and friendly, and the doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. It’s unfortunate I’ll be moving away because I will miss the top notch services I have received throughout the years at Elan.
