Probably better for massage than a facial. – Went for a facial and turned out to be more of a "shower." My hair and ears were soaked. I prefer more of a "fingertip" touch rather than an all-out "splatter" with the hands. Cleanser got into my eyes (and she knew I had contacts)! Had an eyebrow wax beforehand and she put scaling fluid on the sensitive, just-waxed area! I'm still red today and very sore in the areas. Excellent spa experience! – I had a wonderful massage, facial and manicure at Elan Day Spa! The setting is relaxing, quiet, and immaculate. The Staff are extremely knowledgeable, and hospitible, which is a rare find. Every aspect was relaxing- from convenient parking, to a healthy snack! I will not go to another spa in Houston again. I found a gem and I plan on going back every chance I get.
Elan - The Spa of All Spa's – The Elan Day Spa goes out of their way to ensure that your visit is a memorable one. The expertise of the Massage Therapist, the Manicurist, The Pedicurist, etc. goes above and beyond. The elegance and ambiance give you a relaxed feeling the minute you enter the spa. The attention you will receive is the best. Overall you will feel completely pampered by the time you leave. I highly recommend this day spa for anyone.
Wow! do I have to go home now? – What a great place! I am a guy that has never had a facial or manicure. I had preconceived notions about "Day Spas". Not for me I thought. Okay I was wrong. Heather was really awesome with facial and explained ways to help my skin and face (didn't think that was possible), She is top notich. The best new spa ever!! – Twice I have had the privilege of visiting Elan Day Spa on Fannin, the new location. I had 2 fabulous massages and 2 great facials. Heather did my facials and Charlie the very beneficial sport massages. I felt very pampered and was treated like a queen. Parking is very easy out front even though this is in Midtown.
