Gill is super friendly and very comforting when visiting the clinic. She was always on hand to answer any questions post my appointment, and was very quick sorting tests and treatment. Would really recommend Elan, for both the clinic and Gill's dedication to customer service

Even though Gill was very friendly and tried to understand your concerns my condition was not diagnosed correctly and it’s not worth £217 for not very an informative or definite diagnosis. It was just lot of words with no proper plan of action or concerns addressed.
Gill is excellent, she made me feel comfortable from the start, she listened to me, my concerns and worries, she explained everything in detail, answered my questions and proposed a plan forward, she took her time during the examination and made me feel confident that with the right treatment these dark days will pass. She was diligent with her follow through and I am feeling positive for the future.
I arrived to find a close family member of mine suffering with sudden aggressive alopecia, out of nowhere and the devastation for her was upsetting. Dr. Gill H. is one of the most dedicated, professional, and impressive specialist across any field that I’ve come across and I’ve been living in a lot of different countries all of my life. Thank you Gill, for being our saviour! Highly recommend.
