I ordered a 16pc set from Amazon. 1 plate came in broken. I didn't want to have to pack up the whole set for 1 plate so I emailed Elama's customer service. They responded quickly and shipped the replacement plate fast. I really love the set and I am very pleased with the customer service I received.
I got a set of coffee cups as a birthday gift from my husband. I loved them, I think they're just beautiful. But after only 4 months, 3 out of 6 handled popped off while hand washing. So disappointed.
