I can't say enough good things about this restoration business. We had a frozen water pipe inside the ceiling, they were here first thing Monday when I called that morning. From the initial work of the dry down of the floors and ceilings, to their painter and drywall man Pat, to cleaning my area rugs that had gotten wet plus carpet shampooing, all the work and people were top notch.i highly recommend Elam

I hired Elam to fix mold issues in my father's house. From the start I was very clear that it was critical to identify and address the root cause of the moisture and address that, in addition to repairing the damage. This was a big job that required tearing out ceilings, insulation, cabinets, walls, etc. As the job went on I became concerned that all they were doing was fixing the damage but not addressing the cause.
