Called about getting an estimate on mold remediation and to even come out to look at the job, Elam wanted over $140.00. This building has already been inspected and a remediation plan has been obtained from a certified inspection company. Every other company we contacted came out and gave us an estimate for free.
I can't say enough good things about this restoration business. We had a frozen water pipe inside the ceiling, they were here first thing Monday when I called that morning. From the initial work of the dry down of the floors and ceilings, to their painter and drywall man Pat, to cleaning my area rugs that had gotten wet plus carpet shampooing, all the work and people were top notch.i highly recommend Elam
