Very intentive
I have a hard time getting my medicine called in correctly. I have had a hard time been seen when I am sick. But now I go to Tennova Urgent care for sickness . Staff changes all the time. This place has changed from years back.
I want to explain my stars. The 5 stars for Dr. Elaini Hall, she is a great doctor very Attentive and cares about your health. Unfortunately she is leaving this practice. I have been going to this office since i moved in 2019 and i have been through 3 female doctors, yes 3 and they were all wonderful. Like I said the 5 stars are for all 3 doctors and maybe the front office girls. It makes me think that the problem is in Management when you have good doctors like this leaving the practice after 1 year. There answering service... read more
