I worked at this facility, but I feel it’s important to share my experience, especially for pet owners who trust this place to care for their animals. During my time there, I witnessed the reality behind the scenes, beyond the areas typically shown to visitors. To be fair, there were several team members who genuinely cared about the dogs.
