I went in and after they had started working on my nails, they told me they didn’t take credit cards. Later, while they were shaping my nails, thy shaped them all on a slant. When I asked about it, I was told it was just the way my nails grew and to trust her, but of course “the customers always wrong”. The whole time she was rude and dismissive.

I have been going to Elaine’s for years. I always get great, friendly service and a nice mani/pedi. I’ve brought several friends and family members (even my husband!) over the years and they all agree that it’s a great experience.
Solid neighborhood nail place. My go to every month. Elaine is very nice and accommodating.
