Made my daughter’s wedding dress and veil spectacular couture quality.
Elaine was incredibly helpful and kind when she assisted me with my jacket measurements. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. Everyone there was courteous and welcoming, and it really felt like personalized, old-school service done right. As a bonus, she even has a very cute little dog, which just added to the pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elaine to anyone looking for tailoring or measurement help.
Outstanding service! I am so happy with all of the alterations Elaine did on my dress. I would definitely recommend Elaine to all brides.
I think this place makes their money from wedding dresses. I went for alterations for my son's wedding and I was very unhappy with the way I got my dress back. $100 for her to straight the zipper. I waited almost an hour after my appt time on the day of pick up and was rushed out because she had brides waiting. The shoulders didn't fit right and moving the zipper actually made the dress fit worse. I cant comment for brides experience but other alterations seem to be a bother. $100 for what???
I brought my daughter to Elaine for her wedding gown alterations. She was highly recommended by several people and our first two appointments went well. I’m so disappointed to have to write this review.
