Very unprofessional. Didnt dye my hair correctly, used alot of product but bleach didn't take because it wasn't distributed correctly. I had bleach in my hair for 4 hours and my hair turned light brown. She kept taking people over me I was there for 7 hours when it was suppose to be less than an hour. I ran out because she wanted me to wait until 7pm for ANOTHER hair stylist to come in and cut my hair. She tried to charge me almost 300 but I told her all she did was color my hair (not even well) and I paid her for the bleach... read more
Jess was so personable and easy to talk to. I got exactly what I asked for and she fit me in even though she had an appt an hour before me.
