All staff friendly and curtious
Great location outside NYC. Dr. Wan was very helpful and we are glad we got a second opinion from her. Our only issue is that her office did not call us to discuss the test results done after the appointment . We were able to see the results on MyChart but it is always nice to hear from the office as abnormalities were noted albeit not cardiac.
Dr. Wan has impressive credentials and is highly intelligent. She has gone above and beyond in two recent incidences. The first was when she spent much time reviewing my rather thick medical file and made a suggestion for a change of medication that has been proven to be highly effective. None of my other providers made the suggestion to resume a medication that proved highly effective in the past. More recently, she took the time to study a 15 page MRI report and pointed out something rather serious that needs to be address... read more
