Dr Chang is the best "women's" Dr ever! She's caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and dedicated. I will recommend her to my female friends and family with confidence that they'll be well cared for. So glad I found her.
DO NOT SEEK CARE WITH HER. Dr. Chang threatened to end my life. She dehumanized me and my daughter. She was pompous, smug, and god-like. This organization then falsified records. Virginia Mason is responsible for her conduct. She is a threat to all patients that she feels are beneath her.
I first went to Dr. Chang last summer (2022). She made my appointment feel more like a meeting between 2 friends. She explained everything in detail and went over every possible scenario and gave me multiple options. She referred me to a specialist and I made sure as soon as I was done with that doctor, I went back to see her. My first appointment back was this past week (July 2023) and as soon as she walked in the room, it was like old friends getting together. Dr. Chang is an amazing, caring, kind, & empathetic provider. She truly makes you feel heard & listened to. She provides great information to help you make an educated decision, & answers questions in a genuine manner. I highly recommend her if you want a doctor who makes you feel safe & cared for.
Dr. Chang is phenomenal. She is extremely thorough, communicative and just a wonderful doctor and person.
