I'm struggling to find the right words but Anna, Emma, Felicity and Elaine have to be angels, the kindness patience and empathy they have displayed today has shocked me deeply I cannot thank them enough for what they've done for my sister, her hair was severely matted and I thought they'd have to shave it but through much hardwork they managed to salvage it to shoulder length, the skill patience and care is profound and I'm so so glad, my sister is incredibly happy and more than pleased with the result .
Jenna did my highlights a few months back now and she did an absolute brilliant job and they were amazing but then I died my hair with permanent cherry red hair dye so will book an appointment to hopefully get it removed but there all amazing in there!!!

I left my consultation feeling very confident and at ease that my stylist had listened to my needs and answered any concerns I had. The other members of staff were all lovely too.
