I had a great first experience at Elaine with Denee’. It did start a little late when I arrive early but I got my full time without asking. The staff was friendly and smiled which I appreciated! The actual appointment was comfortable, my skin instantly looked and felt better. I also got some good product recommendations and I’ll be purchasing the membership services. Good luck to Denee’, I wish her the best in her career!
Terrible customer service. Don’t recommend. Just go to a real salon. I got lost in the mall because I couldn’t find the location so they cancelled the appointment my man paid for in advance on my birthday. Lady at the desk was rude
