I recently had an unsettling experience at Lenox Mall involving a student of the Elaine Sterling Institute. While I was carrying food and carefully keeping an eye on my young son, one of their students loudly questioned “whose baby is this?” in a disrespectful and inappropriate tone. Had such a lovely experience yesterday at Elaine Sterling Institute! My mom and I both got facials—Brittany and Naya took great care of us and did an amazing job. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend requesting them if you go! ♀️
DO NOT schedule an appointment for hair coloring here as they will not honor it and will hang up on you rather than working with you. Their “manager” called me the day before mine and my daughter’s color appointments to let me know that we needed to change it because they messed up on their end when making the appointment. Mind you, this was AFTER the appointment had already been confirmed the day before (I have the voicemail proof).
