I went to ESI for the first time to get my make up done. First the staff is very friendly and professional. Jasmine C who did the make up for me did an outstanding job in bringing my beauty out. I love and will go back to her again

Had an Elaine Sterling Facial with Grace. Had a wonderful experience. She was so knowledgeable & explained each technique & product. Love this place.
Denisha was so so amazing . I got an oxygen facial she was magnificent! Walked me through everything . I loved that she asked if she wanted a silent or engaging service which I really appreciated
Financial Aid Exit Counseling All financial aid’s staff were pleasant, they helped me go through my school experience stress free, and they were very flexible.. def a bitter sweet process because it’s a lot of money that i came off of but they made me feel good about it the only con I would say is the communication was kind of faulty and unclear in the beginning when it came to making bulk payments which caused me to be put on a freeze but we ultimately got it together (shout out Nyesha!!) Thank you
