She is as terrible as her incompetent staff. I've caught her receptionist and nurse in lies on more than one occasion and they scheduled appointments for me, but when I show up - they have no record of the appointment. CHECK THE TEXAS MEDICAL BOARD BEFORE SCHEDULING THIS PHYSICIAN.. You may be surprised.
She is great and caring doctor she never forget things she has you do and she remembers to ask you next time she see you she calls to find out how it went. And how you are feeling.
Absolutely wonderful staff and medical.
Dr Elaine Phuah is very attentive,caring, and knowledgeable. There is never a wait to see her. Appts are scheduled properly. She listens to your concerns and spends time with you. She has been my Dr for several years and I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Dr. Phuah is very capable and professional. She has always been attentive and correctly diagnosed me. It is a pleasure to meet with her.I will stick with her!
