Elaine is a highly personable, empathetic, warm and proficient yoga instructor. Whether you are an experienced yoga practitioner or new to Yoga Elaine of the Earth is someone I highly recommend. Her work is transformational. My back was hurting me for a while so I figured that I'd give yoga a shot. Elaine was very helpful in instructing me into the correct form for each of the poses.
