TERRIBLE!!!!! If I could give her zero stars I would. I have never experienced a doctor that simply did not care as much as she does. My son is suffering from Hashimoto's a thyroid autoimmune condition which causes fatigue and weight gain. Endocrinologist are suppose to be the expert doctor for this condition. Her response was we don't treat children for thyroid issues because the medications are not safe for them. She said he should just eat less. Today we saw Dr. Apperson and everything we read about her is true. She is the sweetest doctor and actually listens to your concerns and makes you feel better before you leave her office. I would highly recommend her to anyone for your child if they are in need of deeper information regarding their health needs.
Dr. Apperson is the nicest, sweetest, most kind caring doctor you could want for your child. My granddaughter/daughter, I raised her from age 2 when we lost her parents. She has been seeing Dr. Apperson since she was 7 years old and she's 18 now and has to go to an adult doctor . It broke her heart, but she knows if she ever needs Dr. Apperson in the future, Dr. Apperson assured her that she can always come back to her.
