Not every visit was negative, but overall my experience was average. My most recent appointment, however, was unsatisfactory. During multiple visits, Dr. Kinnard frequently commented on my low weight. Although I explained that I have had longstanding difficulty gaining weight, no evaluation, guidance, or follow-up was offered. I also interacted with another physician at the practice (the only male provider, to my knowledge) whose communication style came across as dismissive. Horrible communication always says they call in my prescription and they don’t or they do it wrong I have been with out my meds for a month because they can’t get my prescription right they never answer the phone and they call back days later worst customer service I have seen at a dr’s office ever
Horrible never answer their phones ever for my grandmother and if they call back it's days later. If this happened a few times I could understand it but it's happened countless times. Horrible at communicating with other doctors about medications and appointments. Definitely do not recommend to anyone!
